Property and lease management

Some owners want an income from their property without the daily practical work of a lease. For them, we offer management services under the terms of the agreement.

The services can include:

• Promotion of the property and a search for tenants.
• Coordination of the signature and the renewal of leases.
• Monitoring of the end dates of leases and the related deadlines.
• Communication with tenants about the property.
• Regular updates to the owner on the condition of the property.

Rent collection, financial monitoring and on-site management can be offered separately, if the agreement includes them.
